Your appointments and wellbeing are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur and changes to plans. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Please text, email or call and I will do my best to find you a suitable alternative appointment.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to your session will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be the booking fee.
In the event of an unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services in the form of a credit note or no charge will incur. Exceptional circumstances will of course be considered. Thank you for your understanding.
