Your wellbeing is important to me, – I have updated my booking policy so that your booking is now only confirmed on receipt of 50% of the treatment charge or minimum deposit of £30. This fee will be retained in the event of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and wellbeing are important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected events can happen.

 If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice, so i can attempt to fill your space.

Please text, email or call and I will do my best to find you a suitable alternative appointment. If I can reschedule, your deposit will stand against your new appointment date.

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to your session this will result in the retention of your fee of 50% of the treatment cost paid on booking. In the event of an unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Exceptional circumstances will of course be considered.
